Advanced Certificate in Latin - Hunter College New York City

Hunter College (in New York City) now has an Advanced Certificate in Latin program designed for those who want to gain New York State Latin secondary school certification and already have an MA or PhD (including required number of Latin credits) in the field. The program includes the same work as their MA program in the teaching of Latin, minus the content area (Latin and Classics) credits.

Below are links that will provide more information. Applications are being accepted this fall for spring 2012, when the first students will be admitted. Feel free to contact Ronnie Ancona at rancona at hunter dot cuny dot edu if you have any questions.
